Terms
Purchase agreement.
By purchasing, you confirm you have reviewed the scope, deliverables, timing, and exclusions of the engagement you selected. Full payment reserves the engagement.
These terms apply to the Focused Creative Advisory engagements — Creative Session, Creative Audit, Campaign Sprint — purchased through this site.
Scheduling
Jeremy will contact you within two business days to arrange a time. Meetings are scheduled subject to mutual availability, by Zoom or phone. A confirmed meeting may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Delivery
Delivery timelines begin after the kickoff has taken place and all required materials have been received. Delays in materials or in consolidated feedback move the delivery date accordingly. If required materials are not received within 60 days of purchase, the engagement expires.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel for a full refund any time before the kickoff takes place. Once the kickoff has taken place, fees are non-refundable, as the engagement is the time and judgment applied to it. If Jeremy cannot deliver the engagement, you receive a full refund.
Ownership
On full payment you own the written deliverables produced for you — the action summary, audit, or direction document — and may use them freely within your business. Jeremy retains his methods, frameworks, and reference materials, along with all pre-existing work, including the photography and design in his portfolio, which is licensed separately.
Confidentiality
Each side keeps the other’s non-public information confidential and uses it only for the engagement. This continues after the engagement ends. If you need an NDA in place before sharing materials, contact Jeremy before purchasing.
Scope
Anything beyond what your selected engagement lists — further revisions, execution, production, design, photography, or ongoing creative direction — is quoted separately and agreed before that work begins.
Liability
Recommendations are professional judgment, not a guarantee of any particular business outcome. Total liability for an engagement is limited to the fee paid for it, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in Los Angeles County, California.
